INQOVI is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), including chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML). Your healthcare provider will determine if INQOVI can treat your type of MDS.

Who was in the clinical study?
The study included 133 people with:
- Ages ranging from 44 to 88 years old
- Different types and stages of MDS or CMML
- Prior treatment for MDS, including IV therapy
Goals of the study
The study focused on how much INQOVI entered the blood and whether that amount was the same delivered by IV treatment. The study also focused on how the treatment affected people with MDS and whether the medication was safe when taken.

In the clinical trial, INQOVI was shown to be effective in some patients with MDS, including CMML.
